  1. There are several quotes in the interview that have me concerned that you are suffering from a combination of distorted self image and OCD as a coping mechanism. I wrote you a long personal message just now. I HOPE you read it and give it thought. You are a very shy and self conscious but kind hearted man. There are ways for you to improve your self esteem, feel better about yourself and have healthier relationships and let go of what you refers to as 'perfectionism that is hard if you don't understand it.' The thing is: the actual person who may not understand what this 'perfectionism' REALLY is, and I mean this very respectfully, just one layer beneath the perfectionist behaviour itself, is you. You fail to see that this is not weirdness or perfectionism but a product of something completely different that helps you maintain order and control in your life. And there are reasons for that. That's where a professional comes in. I wish you well. You deserve to be happier than this.
